What Is Buccaneer V3 Arbitrum (Bv3A)?

Bv3A is a privacy based protocol on the EVM (ethereum virtual machine) that runs natively on Ethereum-like chains. It allows users to discreetly send tokens in a private manner as well as acquire ETH gaslessly to avoid link backs to the original funding wallet.
